We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of a prestigious private members' club. This is a unique opportunity to oversee multiple kitchens, manage food and wage costs, offering modern British cuisine.
Salary: £90,000–£100,000
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire a team of 26 chefs across multiple dining outlets.
* Create seasonal, innovative menus while managing costs and sustainability initiatives.
* Oversee menu engineering, supplier selection, and recipe consistency.
* Train and develop staff, fostering growth and excellence.
* Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.

* Proven experience leading high-end, multi-outlet culinary teams.
* Expertise in modern British cuisine and menu innovation.
* Strong leadership skills and experience launching new concepts.
* Success in managing budgets and cost control.
