However, this role is a unique opportunity to join as a Commercial Leader in our Beauty Care Business driving transformational change to deliver exceptional results.
What To Expect:
As the Commercial Leader you will develop the commercial strategy and Go-To-Market plans, work on the innovation plans and also lead a team of high-performing sales managers. You will work within our Beauty Care team, touching iconic brands like Olay, Head & Shoulders, Pantene, Aussie and Herbal Essences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Think Short and Long-term - Design a strategy to grow the national category.
2. Act as the commercial link between the regional design teams and the UK&I Markets.
3. Identify opportunities to grow by being adept at utilising data & systems.
4. Influence - bring the business with you on ideas and rally teams behind that mission.
5. Deliver execution via the customer teams and account managers.

Job Qualifications
What We Look For:
To excel in this role, you will need a passion for beauty. Ideally you will have 7+ years of experience working in the beauty industry with elevated beauty selling and beauty craft. We're looking for someone with:
