Join our client, a leading retail provider, as a Telephone Sales Advisor! If you have a passion for sales and a knack for building strong customer relationships, this is the role for you. As a Telephone Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, qualifying prospects, and achieving sales targets. You'll have the chance to develop leads through your own investigations and research, identifying suitable options for prospects, and upselling higher margin products whenever possible. Maintaining strong customer relationships, you'll arrange demonstrations and negotiate pricing within agreed limits. Your IT and database skills will come in handy as you utilise our in-house systems to produce quotations and sales orders.
Skills/Competencies:
1. Strong interpersonal and verbal skills

3. Excellent telephone techniques

5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet targets
6. Proficiency in IT and database systems (Microsoft Office, CRM, SAGE)

Experience:
9. Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer services with a desire to sell
10. Competence in phone handling
11. Experience in handling sensitive personal situations (e.g., finance, medical) is an advantage
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 9: 00 am to 5:30 pm (one-hour lunch break)
Occasional Saturday work for exhibitions
Holidays:
