Robert Half Office Team are currently recruiting for a Facilities Assistant near St Pauls for an Investment Banking Firm. The contract is for 3 months.
Specification of Core Function
To act as a vital support function between Reception, Facilities and the business.
The role is subject to the Conduct Rules set by the FCA. You are required to familiarise yourself, and comply, with the Conduct Rules and complete any ongoing training and competence requirements.
Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Work within the Facilities team to ensure the smooth running of the office and provide support where required on Reception.
2. Manage ordering and allocation of office supplies
3. Assist with mailroom activities, collections and delivery within the office
4. Liaise with front of house staff to support high quality of service
5. Maintaining office health and safety regulations.
6. Assist Facilities Manager with office alterations. This would include ad-hoc evening and weekend work.
7. Report maintenance issues to on-site engineering team
8. Use of initiative to problem solve facilities owned equipment.
9. Contribute to ongoing facilities project
REQUIREMENTS

Key Points:
17. 5 days per week in the office
18. 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch
19. £14-16 per hour + Holiday Pay
