Starting salary up to £33,000 per annum pending qualifications with £6,000+ uncapped annual bonus potential.
8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am-1:00pm paid as overtime.

Reporting to the Service Manager and accountable for a team of Service Advisors.
Your key responsibilities as a Service Reception Manager will include:
Manage and control customer flow to ensure a positive experience whilst in the centre.
Organise the service reception team to ensure the customer transition through the centre is managed and at the customer’s pace.
Monitor and respond to customer satisfaction reports and implement changes to address any areas of concern.
Motivate and coach team members on best practices.
Being a point of contact for customers' queries.
Assisting the Service Manager with the daily running of the service reception/workshop team.
