What You'll Do:
• Offer tailored agronomy services, including crop protection, variety selection, rotations, and nutritional advice.
• Work closely with farmers to optimise crop production and ensure top-quality yields.
• Advise on product supply and provide innovative solutions for modern farming challenges.
• Actively seek out new customers and expand the business through regular engagement and relationship-building.
• Collaborate with logistics to ensure smooth, timely deliveries and forecast future cropping needs.
What You Need:
• BASIS-qualified with solid agronomy experience.
• Strong knowledge of Scottish farming practices and environmental factors.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with agronomy software and data management.
• Full UK driving licence and the ability to travel across Scotland.
