We’re looking for a Transformation PMO Manager to lead our PMO efforts and support our ongoing transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement PMO methodologies, standards, and best practices to support project delivery and ensure consistency.
* Collaborate with project teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
* Monitor project performance, providing insights and reporting to senior leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior management to drive successful outcomes.
* Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize project delivery and team performance.
* Conduct regular reviews of project portfolios, ensuring that projects are on track and aligned with strategic priorities.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence in project management.
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in project management and PMO leadership, preferably within a transformation context.
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Experience in change management and fostering a culture of continuous improvement is desirable.
