Our client situated in Aylesford are on the search for a temporary Accounts Assistant until the new year to assist them with a back log of workload and through a busy period.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing the Accounts Payable inbox and classify invoices and check for the POs.
2. Uploading the invoices into our document system Docuware and coding them.
3. Post certain type of invoices into our accounting system.
4. Chase for payment from a list of customers previously agreed
We are looking for someone who can start no later than Monday 25th November and flexible to interview ASAP. The rate of pay will be circa £15 per hour.
