SEN KS4 Teacher

Location: Berkeley, Gloucestershire
Salary: £30,000 - £46,525 pro rata (M1 UPS3) Plus £3,000 Welcome Bonus*
Hours: Part time - up to 32 hours per week

Simply Education is recruiting for a bespoke school that supports 11-16 year olds with SEMH needs. We are currently seeking a SEN KS4 Teacher, and we welcome applicants with various specialisms.

Main Purpose of the Role:

As a SEN Teacher with Simply Education, you will provide high-quality teaching to children and young people with SEMH and other complex needs, including anxiety-related challenges and behaviours. Some students may have multiple learning difficulties, and experience working with SEMH or ASD is essential.

Key Duties:

1. Contribute to the design and delivery of the curriculum, addressing the educational, physical, and social needs of the students.
2. Collaborate with other staff as part of a multidisciplinary team.
3. Plan and deliver lessons using short, medium, and long-term strategies to meet individual needs.
