FPSG have a 12 month initial contractor requirement to engage a Customer Support Architect with previous experience coming from a Software Engineering background. We will require specific expertise in working with DocuSign and preferably its adoption, which you will typically have gained commercially over the most recent part of your assignments.
The role itself will be to join a new Team who will be responsible for the Digital Transformation towards e-signature governance and the implementation & integration of the benefits which paperless contract signatures can bring from DocuSign. You will be working and interacting with clients across the globe, as well as other technology units, various developers, and other QA teams. You will be responsible for handling day to day DocuSign related queries emerging through Enterprise level DocuSign engagement; new account requests; investigating the issues related to various existing account; entitlements; envelopes; other app exchanges and integrations and provide timely support. To be really successful in this role you will demonstrate an eagerness to innovate, build strong processes and create and maintain easy to navigate processes across access and reporting.
