Legal Secretary/Receptionist Permanent - Full-time role - 37 1/2 hours per weekRochdale Town Centre OfficeMy client are an award winning family law team seeking a new legal secretary in their Rochdale Office.You would be reporting to the Head of Rochdale, who is a Solicitor and Partner of the firm. Currently the office consists of a team of 7 solicitors and 2 trainees. You would be responsible for helping 2-3 fee earners at a time. Key responsibilities: Type (audio and copy) all general correspondence, including memos, faxes and other documents and forms;Reception Duties;Prepare documents and correspondence requiring knowledge of legal terminology and document formats, such as contracts, briefs, policies and complaints;Use Case Management System - TIKIT (P4W)File all incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain filing and administrative systems;Arrange teleconferences with local, regional and national law firms, as well as other constituencies, as required;Maintain accurate records of all cash movements, producing information as required;Exhibit a good level of flexibility and team work;Support colleagues where required and undertake training where appropriate;Assist with all other general administrative tasksBenefits:Company eventsCompany pensionCycle to work schemeDiscounted or free foodEmployee discountHealth & wellbeing programmeOn-site parkingWork from homeThis is a well respected firm with an excellent reputation.
