Position Description:
Be the consultative expert in the Health & Well-being domain by supporting the HR Business Partners, leadership teams and the senior management members, providing them with the necessary subject matter information, knowledge, expertise and advice.

Your future duties and responsibilities:
Create and develop customized trainings, workshops, and or programs and deliver to target audiences Provide oversight and manage operations of peer-to-peer networks (i.e. Mental Health First Aid, Oxygen Ambassadors) Build and implement SBU customized internal and external communication plans to leverage Health and Wellbeing and initiatives Design, develop and manage health and wellbeing initiatives in collaboration with external vendors or insurer across SBUs in the budget boundaries Align with the H&W top priorities, define H&W approach and strategy for US Business units and ensure alignment of H&W initiatives and programs, as well as cohesion with CGI values, mission and objectives. Contributes to planning and managing the H&W annual action plan, initiatives and budget for the US SBUs Analyze H&W data, develop and present quarterly H&W reports to HR and business leaders in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to increase awareness and identify priorities of action
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in health-related discipline and/or health and well-being related certifications
• Prior experience executing large multi geographical projects
• At least 5 years of experience with health and well-being in the workplace as primary role
• Experience consulting with leaders on health and well-being practices
• Knowledge of the latest best practices in the field of organizational and individual health & well-being
• Experience with workplace mental health programs and conducting workshops, education to employees and leaders
