We are on the hunt for a motivated and customer-focused professional to join a customer service team as a Customer Service Executive.
My Grantham based client are committed to delivering top-notch service for their customers, whilst promoting safety and sustainability and a lower environmental impact.
The Customer Service Desk is a busy department which assists with the planning, scheduling and administration associated with all their fleet management services, sales and operations teams.
The Customer Account Executive is responsible for processing all tasks in relation to delivering their customers’ needs, fleet management systems and effecting reporting, communicating via customer portals, email and telephone.
What you’ll be doing:
* Taking inbound phone calls for the Service phone line and handling Customer enquiries
* Call logging and raising new orders
* Liaising with managers regarding workloads, work not yet completed and assisting as required
* Ensure customer portals and email inboxes are monitored daily to provide same-day response
What we’re looking for:
* IT skills, including Microsoft packages and email
* Knowledge of administrative procedures
* Be adaptable and be able to take initiative
* Accuracy at record keeping
