We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Administrator / Customer Support Admin Assistantwho has previous customer service and office administration with excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritise and manage their own workload.
Working as the Sales Administrator / Customer Support Admin Assistant you will be responsible for pulling together the relevant sales team information such that the handling of enquiries, sales orders and handovers are dealt with in the most effective and efficient manner as to guarantee absolute customer focus and satisfaction.
As the Sales Administrator / Customer Support Admin Assistant you will provide all aspects of customer service including telesales, sales support as well as handling enquiries from External Sales Managers, customers, and the sales office with the goal of working with the design team to generate estimates and specifications giving the customer the best options and technical answer to their requests.

DUTIES
Your duties as a Sales Administrator / Customer Support Admin Assistant will include:
1. Receive new enquiries from external sales, contractors, consultants, and end users, liaising with external sales and design team to action as necessary
2. Managing sales diaries and provide customer support prior to sale in conjunction with the sales team
3. Monitor status of projects liaising with internal design and external sales personnel as necessary, update main enquiry log (MEL)
4. Receive enquiries and undertake a predesign review in conjunction with the external sales team prior to progressing to design team and estimators, update tenders and log relevant changes
5. Working with other team members work towards introducing a sales and marketing CRM and manage data
6. Work with other subsidiaries to gain a working knowledge of all group products, plan case studies for and manage photo library
7. Provide clear basic technical assistance to potential customers from both UK and overseas
8. Acquire a good working knowledge of all the Company's products and a basic understanding of their applications
9. Manage sales brochures and collateral
10. Working with relevant sales update sales forecast
11. Bring to the attention of the Accounts Department any potential problems regarding credit worthiness of any existing or potential new clients
12. As and when necessary, liaise between the Sales and Accounts Department to clients to ensure if problems arise causing payment to be delayed, these are resolved swiftly
13. Be proactive in approach and foster good working relations with departmental colleagues and internal/external customers
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
14. Previous experience in a Customer Service or Sales Admin support role
15. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
16. Experience of using Social Media Platforms for marketing
17. Experience of undertaking of market research
18. Excellent Communicator (oral & written) to all audiences (client / colleagues / management / supply chain)
19. Previous experience of working and contributing as a team player
20. Self-Motivated
21. Excellent problem-solving skills
22. Organisational skills – ability to plan own diary and work ahead to suit needs of business
23. Able to prioritise
