Our client, a leading charitable organisation, is currently looking for a Retail Supervisor to join their team on a Temporary to Permanent basis covering Tenterden.
The successful applicant will ideally have previous retail supervisory experience and be used to dealing with quality merchandise as the core stock item. A positive flexible attitude is required.
As the Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
* Supervising and training volunteers
* Supporting the Retail Shop Manager in the daily running of the branch
* Aiding in completing store admin
* Supporting the implementing of H&S policy and protocols
* Help to drive the meeting and exceeding financial targets
* Managing the incoming stock from distribution
* Leading by example and delivering top customer service
* Merchandise and price stock
