What you w ill do on a typical day:
* Monitor inbound and outbound call logs throughout the shifts
* Achieve, maintain, and improve daily, weekly, and periodic KPIs
* Support customer in planning their launches, peaks, and ad-hoc activities
* Assist management in the allocation of work on a daily basis
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Good Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
* Experience working with Warehouse Management System is desirable
* Ability to take ownership and responsibility for own workload
