Pepper Advantage is one of the leading specialist loan servicing companies in the UK and we are looking for a Payment Processor (12 Month Fixed Term Contract) to join the Finance team in our Uxbridge office.
The Payment Processor works as part of a dynamic team to deliver Pepper’s industry-leading servicing proposition for our clients. The successful candidate will be highly organised, motivated, and able to work effectively and accurately to achieve our Service Level Agreements.
This is a hybrid role and there will be an expectation (following an initial office-based training period) of three days per week office attendance.
Main Responsibilities of a Payment Processor:
1. To deliver accurate and timely processing of mortgage administration activities and other various daily tasks
2. Payment processing activities e.g. uploading payments, reviewing bank statements, and administering refunds
3. Responsible for daily interactions with customers and third parties via telephone and writing, offering excellent customer service throughout
4. To effectively liaise with clients, representing Pepper appropriately
