About the role
The Estates Service Desk team are around 15 people and we work closely with other teams in Estates and Campus Services. We deliver excellent customer service to our students, visitors, and staff alike. We are based on central campus and cover a variety of reception desks.
The role is Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am – 6pm.
About you
We are looking for an excellent customer-focused individual to join our busy team. You will have good IT and administration skills and be able to communicate effectively over the phone, via email, and face to face.
Ideally, you will have experience in a Team Leader role.
