The Opportunity You will be responsible for setting up, managing, and maintaining Fire Safety Risk Assessments and Electrical Handover Certificates within the Field View System. Additionally, you will oversee and coordinate the fire safety risk assurance program, including site fire risk assessments and relevant risk data, to ensure comprehensive fire safety compliance. What you’ll be doing You’ll support the Fire Safety and Electrical Team in setting up, deploying, and providing training on the system. You’ll work closely with the team to design and develop templates and workflows, manage the central database hub, and oversee the electrical compliance document system to ensure regulatory standards are met. Additionally, you will analyse data for reporting and trend analysis, aiding in data-driven decision-making.You’ll engage with delivery teams and contractors to guide the integration of all Fire Risk Assessments onto the system.Who you are You’ll be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with contractors and responders. You will have excellent ICT skills, including Microsoft applications, as well as creating and reviewing documents. Experience within MSP (Managed Service Provider), along with strong verbal and written communication abilities. You’ll be well-organised, take a methodical approach to planning and task management, and can work independently to prioritise your workload and meet team objectives. Experience in organising and managing small projects or initiatives is essential. While experience in Fire Safety, Fire Risk Assessments, Electrical systems, and Construction Health & Safety is desirable, but not essential. If this sounds like you then we’d love to hear from you!
