Graduate Intervention Coach – The Role:
9. Work alongside a talented and supportive inclusion department
10. Develop teaching techniques and communication skills
11. Lead 1:1 / small group intervention sessions
12. monitor student progress
13. Supporting teachers working with students on a 1 to 1 and group basis
14. Support pupils with a range of academic ability
15. Take on feedback to continually improve your practice
Graduate Intervention Coach – Person Specification:
16. 2:1 or 1st class degree – academic subjects preferred
17. Excellent organisation and communication skills
18. Previous work with children is desirable
19. Supportive and inspiring personality
20. Patient and empathetic mentality is crucial
21. Strong academic background
22. Passionate about education
