We are now recruiting for our extremely fast paced and very popular Customer Service Advisor position. The role offers an excellent chance to work towards targets as part of a likeminded team whilst constantly striving to uphold the absolute highest standards in customer service.
We are a fast paced, inbound call centre with a national customer base looking for ambitious individuals who can manage numerous requests from providing quotes, to providing our very high demand emergency response service around the clock. The successful applicant will need a passion for building strong rapports with both customers and our 200+ strong engineer network. It’s vital to us that any applicants appreciate the importance of successful working relationships.
Our office environment is one of a fun, relaxed and friendly nature and not that of a robotic call centre that you may be accustomed to. We are looking for individuals looking for a future with a reputable company to join our close knit team in the coming weeks.

* Weekend working is essential on a rota basis so candidates must be prepared to commit to weekend shifts.
