Job Description
Based at Southall Office. Salary between £28K - £35K based on experience. Applicants with UK Settlement status would only qualify for this role.
* Will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, making reservations, and offering expert travel advice to clients.
* Should possess exceptional expertise in the issuance, refund, and reissuance of airline tickets on all three global GDS: Amadeus, Travelport, and Sabre.
* Hands-on experience in the booking of hotels, cars, and transfers is required.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

* Good at customer service
