What your role is
As the Senior FP&A Analyst you will own month end close processes for EUAU ensuring accuracy of financial statements and communicate results to management in a clear and timely manner.
Partnering with the marketing teams to deliver clear monitoring and forecasting of all central consumer spend, holding the team to account via variance analysis.
You will be eading the annual budgeting process, providing clarity to the finance teams on requirements and timings. While also partnering with the global admin team to understand key changes to budget, working with the local budget owners to ensure they have clarity on spend vs budget.
Establish and maintain strong business partnerships across finance teams to promote teamwork and organizational alignment including sharing best practices. Supporting the FP&A teams on the forecasting process, owning the integrity of the process and controls, whilst providing the monthly analytics to the leadership team.
What you will bring to the team
Ideally you will be part qualified or working towards your qualification with proven work experience in Finance/Accounting, preferably at FP&A in a multinational or FMCG company.
Strong communication and presentation skills (oral, written, and formal) with the ability to develop effective partnerships with financial and non-financial partners across varying levels of management. Self-motivated/pro-active, able to follow through with responsibilities and be accountable for results.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast paced environment; while being detail oriented with strong organization skills. Willingness to get involved in the detail, providing clarity and control to deliver robust reporting through the use of advanced Excel skills and accounting platforms. Showing strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with high degree of accuracy and a strong attention to detail
