As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for:
Coordinating daily Front of the House operations to ensure smooth service.
Delivering superior food and beverage service, maximising customer satisfaction and promptly and addressing any complaints or issues.
Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Create and manage staff schedules.
Oversee financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Assist with Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
