Permanent – Marketing Manager – Based in St Helens - Hybrid Salary up to £35k – Great Opportunity to work in a stand-alone Marketing role Responsibilities: Implement and oversee all marketing campaigns across multiple social media channels for 4 business products and services Ensure the company is communicating the right messaging to attract prospective customers and retain existing ones Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns Manage and coordinate marketing literature Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services Brainstorm ideas for new email campaigns, using Zoho Coordinate with the Sales Manager to produce effective marketing & sales strategies Analyse data to evaluate the success of their marketing efforts and come up with new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure Ad hoc projects as and when required Design and order company branded merchandise Skills Required: Must have experience working in a similar Marketing/Social Media role Able to work in a stand-alone role Extensive social media experience (facebook, tiktok, Instagram, LinkedIn) Proven success in developing marketing plans and email campaigns Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong multitasking and decision-making skills Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity Experience of working in a b2b sector would be preferred Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools Monday -Friday 8.30am-5pm - 1 day from home Pension Scheme 28 days holiday, Onsite parking
