An exciting opportunity has become available within Specialised Surgery Directorate. The Ophthalmology Team are looking for an experienced and motivated individual with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to work as a our Receptionist/Admin Assistant at County Hospital.
Main duties of the job
You will be responsible for the management of your own workload, working closely with Clinical Team and Management Team. The Role will entail answering the phones to patients, actioning your email requests, completing outcome forms, and prepping the clinical notes.
Candidates should possess a professional attitude to their work and have the ability to work flexibly in an extremely busy environment. Within this role as the Ophthalmology Receptionist/Admin Assistant, you will be demonstrating accuracy and excellent multi-tasking capabilities in all aspects of the workload. You will be required to work as part of a team as well as being able to use your initiative and prioritise your own workload to meet strict deadlines.
