Salary: Salary between £55-£60,000 depending on experience
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 a week

Spire Occupational Health (Spire OH) are seeking a Dynamic and highly motivated Clinical Team Manager with extensive Occupational Health knowledge and experience to lead and manage a team of Occupational Health Advisors.

This role is ideal for a clinical professional eager to manage an ambitious team, drive best practices, and engage the team in delivering exceptional support to our clients. Key areas of responsibility include Complex Case Management, Sickness Absence Management, Health Surveillance, Pre-Employment Assessments, Immunisation & Vaccination Programs, and Health Promotion & Wellbeing initiatives.
Essential Requirements:
* Valid and up-to-date NMC Pin
* Occupational Health Qualification (Degree, Diploma, Certificate)
* Experience mentoring/leading/managing clinical staff
* Competent IT skills, including the Microsoft Office suite and OH software
* Valid UK Driving License and access to a registered Vehicle
Key Responsibilities:
* To manage the clinical team of Occupational Health Advisors
* Conduct regular 1:1s with members of the clinical team to support their professional development
* Work closely with Recruitment Specialist when sourcing new talent and take an active part in the recruitment process
* Provide new colleagues with comprehensive induction and training
* Work closely with HR Manager on training and development opportunities
* To work with the Clinical Governance Manager to ensure clinical audits, complaints, compliance and regulatory requirements are updated effectively
* Oversee the delivery of medical assessments, screenings, and vaccinations to employees
* Maintain quality control and clinical excellence in the delivery of services
* Liaise with external healthcare providers and specialists as necessary
* Conduct regular review of occupational health data and trends
* Work closely with the line manager to achieve KPI's
* Conduct reports as requested by the line manager and regularly review performance data to analyse trends and suggest changes to the leadership team.
* Develop reports and presentations of clinical metrics as requested
* Implement improvement initiatives in relation to service delivery
