Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive and prioritised business development strategy aligned with the firm's growth objectives.
* Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, new markets, and potential clients; assess the competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
* Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, marketing mapping, and targeted marketing campaigns; build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
