Based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, our large team of quality accredited installers work across the UK, installing market-leading products.
We’re looking for an experienced administrator who can prepare, manage, and file documents for our incoming installation projects ensuring all team members have access to necessary documentation via liaising with customers and lead generators. As an Accounts Administrator, you’ll be able to provide us with a wide range of administrative support - processing customer data, entering data into our CRM system, liaising with colleagues, and handling general enquiries by phone and email.
You will have good administrative experience, experience in speaking with customers, ideally using databases and online systems, and be competent in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent customer service and a flexible approach to work are essential.
What you will be doing as Accounts Administrator at All Seasons Energy
1. Checking all customer documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
2. Chasing active customer’s and lead generators to send us relevant documents in a timely and effective manner
3. Proactively report back any queries/issues/delays to team and management
4. Manage our department inbox
5. Recording accurately all aspects of documentation for monitoring and reporting purposes
6. Working as part of the team to assist in process improvement and implementation of new processes
7. Work confidently in a fast-paced environment within KPI structure

Salary: £22,000 per annum
40 hours per week Monday to Friday office based full time
