Due to recent growth, they are looking for a proactive and skilled Project Coordinator to join their dynamic Projects Team. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of projects, from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure efficient and successful delivery. Key Responsibilities include: Project Mobilisation: Assist with pre-start meetings and work closely with the Project Manager and Commercial Team to plan upcoming projects. Documentation: Prepare work instructions, Risk Assessments, and Method Statements, and ensure they are distributed to clients, site teams, and subcontractors. Subcontractor Coordination: Engage with subcontractors for quotations, compile applications for permits and traffic management, and assist with site assessments. Project Delivery: Ensure projects adhere to safety and quality standards, manage project schedules, resources, and maintain up-to-date project documentation. Client Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate with clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. Project Closure: Assist in the safe and timely completion of projects, issue handover documentation, and manage any remedial issues. Essential Criteria: Previous experience in the power, civils, or construction industry. Minimum 2 years experience in a Works Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager role.
