Our client is an established organisation looking for a Logistics Administrator to join their team based in Bradford.
The role will be varied but duties will include:
Acting as the first point of contact for all queries.
Creating paperwork.
Liaising with companies regarding deliveries and stock.
Liaising with Freight Forwarders about shipments.
Raising and chasing Invoices.
Checking documents.
Chasing documentation for customs.
Booking deliveries with customers.
Creating order reports.
Arranging deliveries into the warehouse.
General office support and admin duties.About you:
Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel.
High attention to detail
Strong communication and planning skills
Strong relationship building skills.
