Salary: £21,000- £25,000 Basic - £30,000 OTE

Days / Hours: Monday to Friday- 8:45- 17:30 / 1 in 2 Saturdays- 8:45- 16:00 (Day off in lieu)

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our client's team as a Sales Negotiator. You will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions, ensuring a seamless process for both buyers and sellers. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to thrive in a proactive environment and contribute to the continued success of the agency.

Responsibilities:

1. Booking in valuations & securing business.
2. All pre & post follow up for appointments, consisting of confirmation calls & feedback.
3. Conducting viewing based on office policies & procedures.
4. Registering applicants across the company’s platforms.
5. Emailing Property Alerts through ReapIT and HTML.
