Family Adoption Links (FAL) is a Regional Adoption Agency that formally launched in October 2020 on behalf of Leicester, Leicestershire, North Lincolnshire, Northamptonshire Children’s Trust, Lincolnshire and Rutland Councils, with Lincolnshire County Council being the lead authority.
About the Role
Working closely with partners, you will deliver data to support the work delivered regionally and in accordance with statutory and national requirements.
About You
We're seeking a dynamic, creative individual who has a background in providing data to support service developments and requirements. You will be part of a small core team who work closely with regional colleagues to ensure that performance requirements are met. This is also an opportunity to develop expertise in the area of adoption and develop performance data to underpin the service as it evolves.
What you need to succeed:
* A passion for data and an understanding of how its important in delivering services
* An enthusiasm for developing knowledge about the adoption service
* Familiar with range of reporting tools inc PowerBi
* The ability to meet deadlines and deliver presentations to groups of practitioners
* To contribute to written reports regarding practice
* To work closely with regional colleagues to identify opportunities to develop data that helps to enhance service delivery
* Support the Head of FAL to report quarterly to each of the LAs via the Governance Board, performance against each of the delegated functions.
