With full remote working, on any given day you could be doing one or all of these things:
* Owning your own caseload of mixed residential property instructions
* Resolving complex legal issues related to the sale or purchase of a property
* Using our case management system to keep everything up to date and accurate
* Managing deadlines and dealing with exchange of contracts and completion of transactions
* Keeping clients, partners and other conveyancers updated on case progress
* Assisting with team development, coaching and mentoring (dependent on experience)
* Focusing on KPIs that provide excellent customer service and satisfaction
* Undertake file audits and reviews
Requirements
All our teams work to exacting standards, and so we're looking for friendly and diligent Residential Conveyancing Property Lawyers with the following:
* Post qualified experience in residential conveyancing (SRA / CLC or CILEx)
* Evidence of recent CPD including AML training
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong affinity for digital technology
* Experience and competency in freehold sales and purchases, leasehold sales and purchases, registered property, re-mortgaging work and transfers of equity
