Contract Type: Permanent Are you a creative and talented designer who can produce highly engaging content for different audiences to get them excited about all things pre-loved and charity retail? It’s a diverse role where you’ll work closely with colleagues across our Retail Team to produce outstanding design and artwork supporting our busy high street shops, marketing, and e-commerce activities. What will a day in the life of a Retail Designer involve?
1. Providing creative design solutions to meet the strategic and business needs of the Retail department, looking for opportunities and ways to innovate.
2. Creating print and digital assets for use in store and online.
3. Bringing the organisation’s mission to life in a relevant and compelling way for retail customers and donors.
4. Being a key role in project groups, advising on creative concepts, design, and branding.
5. Providing design advice and art working support for our bought-in-goods range and e-commerce activity.
What will you need to be a successful Retail Designer?
6. Relevant qualification or experience in a graphic design role.
7. Experience of providing creative solutions to brief, understanding different audience needs and applying this knowledge to develop ideas from concept stage through to execution.
8. Great layout skills with excellent attention to detail.
9. Significant experience working with Macs, Adobe CC and Microsoft Office.
10. Working knowledge of marketing channels.
11. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
This role offers flexibility for the location but there is an expectation for you tospend time with our (award-winning!) Content Team in London as part of your induction.
