Administrat i ve:Managing and maintaining the office's administrative tasks, including organizing schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and ensuring office supplies are stocked.Greeting all office visitors and confirming they are checked in and accompanied to their appointments with Pixi team members.Ensuring tha t all departments, including the Boutique, have the supplies they need, including office supplies, stationery, and equipment.Assisting in the onboarding of new employees by setting up workstations, providing necessary equipment and software, and ensuring all IT systems are in place.Helping to k eep the office clean, organized, and presentable, including managing the kitchen and common areas.Assisting wi th the planning and execution of virtual events and meetings, including webinars, conference calls, and video conferencing.Assisting th e CIO with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and network infrastructure.Ensuring tha t all IT equipment is updated and maintained, including computers, printers, scanners, and servers.Providing su pport to the team in the use of computer hardware and software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and others.Assisting in the coordination and tracking of shipments, ensuring that orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.Managing the organization and counting of stock items, including receiving, unpacking, and recording shipments in the stockroom inventory system.Ensuring tha t the stockroom is well-organized and clean, and that all products are stored appropriately.Assisting in the maintenance of inventory records and reports, identifying discrepancies and taking appropriate corrective action.Confirming a ll office appliances are maintained and serviced as needed and liaising with building management as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the office.Overseeing a ll health and fire safety procedures are followed and ensuring assembly points are communicated to all team members.Events:Actin g as an additional support & resource to our Retail Marketing & Sales department by supporting event organisation, set-up, and cover across different retailers.
