Led by a customer focused leadership team, they have invested significantly and tactically in their product solutions resulting in the business holding market-leading positions. The role is newly created, reporting to the CEO, represents an exceptional opportunity.
Remit:
This is a leadership role accountable for the continued development and management of group sales and business development strategy, that will meet the ambitious growth plans of the group. This role is key to improving the overall business development approach and will lead the team by example, with responsibility for developing business opportunities as well as supporting the team to do the same.
The role would suit a leader who still enjoys the opportunity to work in the field, building customer relationships and maintaining a hands-on approach, entrepreneurial in nature and technically minded.
