Job Description:
We are looking for dedicated Adult Social Workers to join our Review Team in Enfield, offering a pay rate of £32 per hour.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will conduct thorough reviews of care packages and placements, ensuring that all aspects are comprehensively evaluated. You will develop and implement detailed support plans tailored to the needs of each individual. Additionally, you will apply your sound knowledge of the continuing health care process and relevant legislation to ensure compliance and best practices in all your work. You will undertake comprehensive care package and placement reviews, and prepare detailed support plans as appropriate. Your expertise in the continuing health care process, procedures, and the legislation that underpins this work will be crucial.
