What You Will Do
Due to our continued growth and internal moves and progression, we are thrilled to offer opportunities for driven Customer Development/National Account Managers to join Kenvue in our Healthcare & Baby, Oral Care, and Hair Care portfolios.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Responsible for building positive and collaborative relationships with your customer contacts, and representing your customers’ requirements to the Kenvue business
2. Building and supervising a Joint Business Plan to ensure delivery of key metrics for the Kenvue and business partner
3. Develop a solid understanding of the market and keep track of the market activity to share information regarding changes or new activity in the marketplace
4. Identifies and progresses incremental growth opportunities within your business which is a fast paced and progressive landscape
5. Delivery of specified business targets (sales, spend and profit targets - INS, TCI, NTS, Net GP)
6. Full forecasting and spend management, making accurate forecasts to your business team and Commercial Excellence contacts
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
7. Experience managing an entire account or a category within a large account within FMCG environment
8. Ability to engage customers and collaborate with Kenvue experts to create winning strategies
9. Proven success in boosting sales, profitability, and market share
10. Exceptional commercial acumen and analytical skills
11. Talent for spotting sales opportunities and enhancing business effectiveness
12. Adaptability to changing business conditions and a willingness to take calculated risks
13. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling business cases
