1. Financial & Operational Management
* Manage the Profit & Loss for MWE projects, ensuring value for money.
* Develop mobilisation, transition, and operational plans to meet financial and operational targets.
* Lead tender processes, working closely with the supply chain to establish cost-effective solutions.
1. Relationship Building & Key Account Management
* Build and maintain positive client relationships, using Key Account Management principles to enhance commercial positioning.
* Conduct site inspections and audits alongside clients to ensure open communication and address issues promptly.
1. Team Leadership & Development
* Lead and inspire project delivery teams, ensuring project goals align with stakeholder expectations.
* Implement HR strategies focused on recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.
* Foster a positive organisational culture that aligns with core values and supports continuous improvement.
1. Project Programme Management
* Develop and implement project plans to achieve milestones and objectives.
* Participate in progress meetings and lessons learned reviews to drive continuous improvement and project success.
