The Validation Services Coordinator, Validation and Laboratory Operations for Cytiva is responsible for collaborating with Validation Project Managers and Sales teams to assist with managing a large volume of validation projects ensuring customer satisfaction within all steps of the Validation Program. The Validation Services Coordinator provides administrative support for the day-to-day operations of Validation Services program.
This position is part of the BIS-PDVS and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
What you will do:
1. Prepare and issue Statements of Work based on new customer project requests.
2. Interact with Customer Service departments within EMEA region providing provision of weekly updates of complete reports for invoicing.
3. Support management team with customer communications to follow up on outstanding items required for execution of projects.
4. Manage general Validation Services mailbox, distribute requests to appropriate team members.
5. Ensure all output requests meet or exceed on-time-delivery expectations by the team.
6. Collaborate with global Validation Services Coordinators with special project support, as required.
7. Contribute to development of BIS-PDVS team objectives.
Who you are:
1. Associate’s degree in business, liberal arts or communication.
2. A proven experience in an administrative sales or customer service role.
3. Working knowledge with Excel, Smartsheets, Sales Force (SFDC) and Conga composer.
4. Fluent in English (reading and writing), excellent communicator.
5. Ability to multi-task and have outstanding organization skills.
