Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation based within the Borehamwood area. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a customer service background to join a fantastic team to manage a their own portfolio of client accounts. The suitable candidate will come from a contact centre environment, have previous customer service experience, and be a great team player. The suitable candidate will need to be within a commutable distance to Borehamwood at they will initially be office based, some hybrid working will come into place after training.
Salary - £25,000 plus great benefits including 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, private medical and more
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
Some of the duties will include:
Managing a portfolio of clients from new applications to renewals, as well as handling any enquiries
Handling inbound calls professionally within the team
Processing new applications and renewals
Acting as first point of contact over the phone and via email
Processing cancellations and refund requests
Dealing with policy amendments and escalating any concerns as required
Assisting other departments where necessary
Attending trade shows when required
Working well as part of the team
The suitable candidate:
Previous customer service experience within a contact centre environment
Great team player
Strong communication skills, verbal and written
Professional telephone manner
Great relationship building skills
Commutable distance to Borehamwood
