We are currently recruiting for an Assistant Care Coordinator who will play a vital role in our business by overseeing and assisting Care Coordinators with the coordination of rotas for Care Service. Your communication and organizational skills, along with your passion for providing high-quality care, will shine in this rewarding position.
The role will involve:
1. Monitoring staff time-keeping
2. Coordinate rotas, including; continuity of care staff and appropriate travel time
3. Work closely with the Field Supervisor and liaise with clients and carers to ensure care is delivered appropriate to the client's needs
4. Monitor and appraise team of carers to ensure timeliness and overall quality
5. Report concerns to the Registered Manager
