We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with a passion for animals to join us as a Veterinary Receptionist at Greensands Vets.
Location: Woburn Sands
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 31
Shift Pattern: Varied and 1:4 Saturday morning 8-12
Greensands Vets, small village location close to the busy city of Milton Keynes. Small friendly team, with a ready supply of tea and cake.

About the role:
Day-to-day duties of the role will include:
2. Answering phones and booking appointments
3. Responding to queries via phone, in person and email
4. Registering new clients
5. Completing insurance forms
6. Taking payments
7. And most importantly; providing a warm and welcoming experience to our clients arriving at the practice
What we're looking for in our Veterinary Receptionist:
8. Previous Receptionist experience is essential, veterinary experience is a plus!
9. Resilient with the ability to cope with potentially distressing and emotional situations
10. An excellent communicator with strong empathy
11. Excellent customer service skills and experience in dealing with members of the public
12. A positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other database management and operating systems
