The Role
As a committee secretary, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will support the nuclear safety committees through the undertaking of secretarial duties.
Day-to-day, you'll be responsible for:
* Arranging committee meetings and ensuring they are organised effectively
* Producing documentation and ensuring it's presented to the committee chair
* Taking detailed minutes from the meeting
* Producing, managing, and maintaining document archives and associated databases
* Providing general administrative support
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.
Experience Required
* Prior experience of taking and producing minutes
* Excellent MS Office skills
Qualifications
* GCSE Maths & English

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
