Overview
Engineered Arts Ltd, a leading manufacturer of full-size humanoid robots, is seeking an experienced Senior Robotics Quality Assurance Engineer to oversee the quality of its manufactured products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that every robot meets the company's high standards, from parts coming off in-house machines to sub-contracted parts, off-the-shelf components, sub-assemblies, and final full-robot assemblies.

Our Ameca robot is well known as 'the face of AI' and a social media viral success, taking advantage of the generative AI craze. Along with our ultra-realistic Mesmer range of animated figures, our robots continue to surprise and excite visitors at museums, theme parks, visitor attractions, and trade shows, as well as aid leading universities with AI and robotics research.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA/QC oriented role, preferably in robotics or manufacturing
* Demonstrated experience in using metrology tools and techniques, including calipers, micrometers, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines), optical comparators, and laser measurement systems
* Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO9001 requirements
* Experience working with global supply partners on quality management of subcontracted parts and assemblies
* High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
