Job Description
Reporting directly into Head of Operations
To proactively manage and action failed / aging stock, typically preowned mobile phone devices
To work closely with head of procurement and our top suppliers, to improve quality, price and SLAs
Provide defined weekly reporting and analytics into senior management around stock and supplier success
Manage stock inventory system and other ERP systems used within the business.
Daily activities include managing payment files, deal trackers, POP to suppliers, monitor shipments, supplier communication and proactively actioning suppliers RMA and yields. Core Competencies
