We are recruiting on behalf of afamilyrun communitydriven care provider with awardwinning homes anda compassionate team that provides personcentred care. Havinglaunched in 2019 our client has grown its footprint across theSouth and Southwest of England and plans to continue on thisjourney in the future.

The successful applicantwill:
* Have a current NMCregistration and more than 2 years ofexperience.
* Good knowledge of thelatest clinical practices.
* Lead ateam of care staff to deliver outstandingcare.
* Use technology to keepaccurate documentation and residentrecords.
* Ensure medication isordered administered and stored following the company proceduresand policies and in accordance with current legislation and theNMC/CQC guidelines.
* Utilise clinicalskills to make decisions and take action in a timely manner whilstproviding guidance and support to all teammembers.
* Create wellthought throughcare plans and detailed risk assessments keeping in mind regulatoryframeworks.
* Develop relationshipswith relatives to help support residentsbetter.

Someone who can deliver alevel of care that truly comes from the heart making sure ourresidents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality as youget involved in general activities within the Care Home. Andwhether you are helping someone with limited mobility to learn touse an aid offering emotional support to a confused or distressedresident or delivering care to someone at the end of their life youwill always have their wellbeing in mind above anythingelse.
