Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join a successful organisation in Hampton. This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week on-site and 2 days a week at home, with office days being either in Hampton or at another location in the Surrey area. Some flexibility to travel locally is required.
This is a generalist Business Partnering role where you will provide HR advice and support to employees on a broad range of people related matters. There are two direct reports, HR Advisor & HR Administrator.
Responsibilities include:
* Provide advice and guidance on a range of HR policies and processes including employee relations, recruitment, reward & recognition, performance management, staff development, training, health & well-being, equality & diversity and employee engagement
* Coach managers on complex people related matters
* Build positive working relationships with key stakeholders in order to act as a trusted partner
* Proactively identify possible risks to people performance
* Support the Head of HR in the creation and implementation of the HR strategy
* Review People Performance data and provide regular updates and reports to the Senior Leadership Team
* Work closely with the HR Advisor to assist managers in recruitment & retention activities
* Implement HR projects including employee engagement activities and well-being initiatives
* Identify and address the HR implications of proposed organisational changes, supporting in any resulting consultation processes as required
