2x SEN Support Assistant Opportunities
Role: SEN Support, 121 and/or Class
Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire
Type: Full-Time, Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:30am to 3:30pm

A SEN school are looking for 2x Support Assistants to join their team ASAP! This school is split into two campuses - Primary and Secondary sites - where they support a variety of SEN pupils, ranging from cognitive needs such as ASD, ADHD, Down's Syndrome, to physical needs and disabilities. This school is highly valued in the community, they work to create a safe, comfortable learning environment catered to the differing needs of the pupils. The staff are incredibly welcoming and support is available throughout the entire school - they really understand the impact of a tight-knit team with a strong foundation. Details of the roles can be found below:
* ASD 121 Support: This role is based at the Secondary site where responsibilities include working 121 with an autistic pupil. This pupil is bright and full of personality however, they require assistance in their learning.
* General SEN Support: This role is based primarily at the Primary site, but you may be required to help on the Secondary site. Responsilbities include general class support along with 121 assistance where needed.
Requirements for the roles:
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service. If you do not currently have an Enhanced DBS, we can begin that process for you!
* Experience in SEN support. This experience can either be professional or personal.
* Availability to work full-time during 8:30am to 3:30pm.
Beneficial additions:
* Qualifications in SEN - either Teacher or TA.
* Qualifications in Education - either Teacher or TA.
* Previous SEN support within an education setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
